What to bring on the firstday

1. Both couple's Passport

2. AIDS and VDRL Report (Within six month)

3. Marriage Certificate

4. Data of past treatment

Notice

1. It would be best for the husband to accompany his wife first visit to Taiwan, to understand the treatment process. If husband cannot come on her first visit, he has to come to our clinic on the day of egg retrieval surgery to collect semen.

2. If your marriage registration is not in TAIWAN, please have your marriage certificate notarized in the following authority.
