Definition of Baby Woei: Baby who is born possible through IVF or IUI treatment by Dr. Chia Woei Wang.
It is first invented by the group of mothers, who underwent the treatment in Taipei and has been grateful for finally having their babies.
There are at least tens of thousands Baby Woei and counting!

Background:
- prepare for my 2nd baby at advanced maternal age (45 years old)
- my 1st child is already 13+ years old
I underwent IVF treatment for 5+ years with 4 different doctors:
One is HK doctor who was unwilling to help. He just asked me to pay HKD$80,000 for LSC to ensure the possibility of undergoing IVF treatment.
One is Thai doctor who tended to strong ovarian stimulation protocol. I didn’t get pregnancy after underwent 3 times of egg retrieval and 2 times of embryo transfer.
One is Taiwan doctor who used general ovarian stimulation protocol. I didn’t get pregnancy.
Dr. Wang Chia Woei who use the mildest protocol. I got PREGNANCY after underwent 1 egg retrieval and 2 times of embryo transfer.
I wanted to have my 2nd baby since 39 years old. I tried different methods like recording my ovulation period and body temperature, even seeking help from Chinese doctor for 9 months.
Starting IVF treatment since 40 years old as I was diagnosed as bilateral tubal occlusion.
Finished my 3 IVF cycles in Thailand when I was 42. I tried to enhance the quality of my eggs with the taking different kinds of supplement.
I started my Taiwan IVF quest at 43.years old. I had fresh embryo transfer with no success (4 Day2 embryos and rest of my embryos couldn’t be continuously cultured).
Dr. Wang Chia Woei used the mildest ovarian stimulation protocol. 7 Day3 embryos were successfully developed. Before I had my 1st embryo transfer, I visited a Chinese doctor. I had to take medicine everyday and cause yellowish teeth. I felt very disappointed after failure. I started training my cardiovascular function by climbing mountain everyday and having acupuncture at the same time. I told Dt. Wang about my concern and he suggested me to have TCR and endometrial stimulation. I got pregnancy finally!!! My ß-HCG level is 495. I cried when I received the report.
Conclusion: Everyone is different, you may try different kind of method to get pregnancy. But the most important is find the right doctor, exercise everyday, talk with your own body to be prepared for being mom, keep relaxing and maintain normal & health life.
